This individual will directly supervise the clinical, nursing and support staff providing admission, crisis intervention, assessment, person-centered care planning, therapy, peer support, wellness support, and coordination of care for the families residing at the residential center. This individual will provide clinical consultation and supervision to the team, to ensure pregnant and parenting women who use substances and their children receive high quality care. This individual will work closely with other supervisory and administrative staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service provision for all persons served by the program. As the residential center opens, the Clinical Director must be flexible and support the team in successful launch and scaling of services.
