This position is ideal for someone passionate about senior health, physical activity, and building meaningful relationships within an Assisted Living or therapy environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct resident assessments to identify functional needs and track progress., • Implement and monitor the Fall Prevention Program across the community., • Lead and document daily and weekly exercise and mobility classes focused on balance, strength, and endurance., • Coordinate and lead wellness and engagement activities that promote participation and improve residents' quality of life., • Attend and contribute to morning team meetings to review resident updates, therapy goals, and safety priorities., • Provide hands-on support during therapy sessions under licensed therapist supervision., • Track and report resident engagement, attendance, and activity participation metrics., • Motivate residents to achieve their wellness goals and maintain consistent activity involvement. • 2+ years experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (Asst.
