The Role: Early Childhood Teacher (Flexible Placement) We are hiring strong teachers for multiple age groups (InfantSchool Age), based on your strengths. What Youll Be Responsible For: • Creating a classroom that is safe, structured, and engaging, • Following a consistent daily schedule (because children thrive on predictability), • Building positive relationships with children, families, and teammates, • Managing behavior using calm, developmentally appropriate strategies, • Keeping your classroom clean, organized, and ready every day, • Communicating clearly with families through our app and in person, • We Build Belonging Every child and family matters, • We Lead With Love Guidance over punishment, • We Protect Childhood Play is powerful learning, • We Grow Together Feedback and growth are expectedYou will be supportedbut also held to a high standard.
