For more information, visit POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Engineering Operations to lead and optimize our engineering infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on laboratory design, setup, and ongoing operational excellence. This role will drive the establishment and scaling of lab facilities to support R&D, testing, and product development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: • Develops and maintains clinical programs to deliver high-quality health care to our patients., • In coordination with the clinical and operational leadership, provides input on the impact of clinic programs and policies on our patients and staff., • Maintains existing and establish new partnerships with community partners serving our patients and their families., • Maintains a working partnership with Marin Health and UCSF, in addition to other healthcare partner organizations., • Assist in development of patient care policies, protocols, and procedures related to provision of womens health care services., • In cooperation with the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Quality and Risk Manager, contributes to the implementation of a comprehensive quality management program related to womens health services, including regular medical audits, protocol reviews, peer reviews, and tracking and reporting on appropriate clinical measures., • Ongoing involvement in provider and staff recruitment and retention efforts., • Provide direct patient care, with a standard of excellence appropriate for a clinical leader, • Provide patient follow up and referrals as needed., • Provide health education and counseling to patients, in a sensitive and supportive manner. Qualifications: • For CNM, FNP, WHNP: current California license, including furnishing license, • Past work experience in leadership roles or positions., • Demonstrated medical clinical skills., • Interest in working with a diverse patient population in a community-based organization and sensitivity to their needs and health problems., • Ability to communicate effectively and work with individuals from a wide range of ages, socio-economic, ethnic, racial backgrounds, and disabilities., • Spanish language ability an asset., • Ability to work well independently under minimum supervision., • Valid California drivers license, automobile, and automobile liability insurance., • Experience with electronic health records, specifically Epic and/or eCW strongly preferred., • Community health clinic background preferred., • Experience as part of a team-based care model preferred.
