Leadership and Staff Management: • Lead, manage and hold accountable all staff assigned to the clinic., • Supervise staff performance, conduct evaluations, and assist in setting goals for direct reports., • Oversee onboarding, training, and competency evaluations for all direct reports, • Conduct annual competency evaluations for non LIP provider clinic staff., • Demonstrate compassion, respect, and caring while working within the nursing scope of practice to provide individualized, safe, and efficient care to patients and assistance to their families and visitors. Proactively implements measures to promote a safety climate in the clinic, considering the interrelationship of people, tools, and environment in which care is provided., • Provide operations oversight for their assigned clinic., • Coordinate the procurement of medical and office supplies and equipment with the appropriate staff to ensure the availability of equipment and supplies required to provide patient care services., • Standardize supplies and medications for all clinics and maintain inventory management on a daily and weekly basis. Conduct monthly inventory counts., • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to plan, recommend, and implement improvements to clinical services., • Oversee and perform regular audits of clinical inventory and medication storage to ensure compliance with regulatory standards., • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and policy changes., • Ensure compliance with clinical and organizational goals, conducting regular chart and inventory audits., • Oversee incident reporting and assist in resolving patient concerns or complaints., • Support the Director of Clinical Operations in administrative tasks, including annual budgets and ensuring program and clinic policies and procedures are followed., • Provide administrative support for clinic operations, ensuring efficient coordination of medication administration and patient safety., • Receive after hours alerts, calls, and messages from temperature monitoring software and security systems. Respond with emergency management processes when needed., • Medical Assistants, • Nurses and Medical Case Managers, • Non-Medical Case Managers, • Patient Service Representatives, • Referral Coordinators, • Long-Acting Injectable SupervisorRequired SkillsRequired Knowledge Skills and Abilities:, • Medical knowledge of HIV/AIDS, as well as sensitivity to Persons Living with HIV (PLWH)., • Excellent verbal and written skills with proven track record of the ability to communicate with health professionals of multiple disciplines, patients and their families., • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while comfortable working in an interdisciplinary team environment., • Ability to develop and teach appropriate educational materials for varying levels of health literacy and preferred learning modalities., • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams., • Must be able to lift 50 pounds., • Dependable transportation and current Texas Driver’s License and active auto liability insurance.Education and Experience, • Associate’s Degree Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Minimum three (3) years applicable nursing experience, • Supervisory experience preferred, • Experience with the Texas Adult Safety net vaccine program, supply, and medication management preferred.
