Essential Functions • Perform a wide range of administrative and clinical tasks, including obtaining and documenting patient medical histories, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring completion of all necessary forms., • Communicate fluently in Spanish with patients and their families to accurately obtain and document medical histories and other vital information., • Maintain medical supply inventory and perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation., • Prepare patients for examinations by conducting preliminary physical assessments, taking vital signs, and summarizing patient history for providers., • Set up and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms for clinical examinations., • Communicate physician instructions to patients and answer basic questions regarding treatment and care.
