About the Role The Director, Deposit Solutions leads deposit growth and strategy efforts across First Western's Banking and Mortgage Product Group. This role is responsible for driving new deposit acquisition, improving client retention, and enhancing the competitiveness of our deposit offerings through pricing strategy, product innovation, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include designing sales campaigns, implementing deposit pricing models, and leading end-to-end product lifecycle management—from concept through launch and refinement. The role works closely with Profit Centers (PCs), Relationship Bankers, Marketing, Technology, and Compliance to align deposit initiatives with company growth objectives. This position also establishes client service standards bank-wide, evaluates internal and vendor-based product solutions, and oversees change management related to deposit operations. A strong focus on data-driven decision-making, regulatory awareness, and execution discipline is critical to success in this role. What You'll Do • Lead deposit strategy across the organization by developing sales-focused campaigns, pricing models, and marketing plans to attract and retain client deposits., • Manage the full deposit product lifecycle—including ideation, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancements., • Analyze performance data, client behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize the deposit portfolio., • Collaborate with internal partners across PCs, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless execution and delivery of deposit initiatives., • Drive operational improvements by simplifying policies and processes, leading change management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements., • Establish and enforce bank-wide client service standards for deposit-related activity, supporting issue resolution and delivering a consistent client experience.
