The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, operate advanced imaging equipment, and ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Perform quality control, troubleshooting, and maintenance on nuclear medicine equipment., • Confer with physicians to determine appropriate procedures and ensure effective operations., • Document lab operations, including receipt/disposition of materials, quality control data, and patient records., • Administer intramuscular and intravenous injections; start IV lines., • Operate Gamma cameras, SPECT/CT, PET/CT scanners, nuclear medicine computers, and Cardiac Stress equipment., • Apply basic EKG knowledge to perform cardiac studies., • Provide clinical instruction to Radiology students and residents., • Stay current with advancements in the field through workshops, journals, and professional organizations., • 24 months minimum of current Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience - [REQUIRED], • Siemens and Spectrum Imaging experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED], • Must have a thorough working knowledge of chemistry, physics, mathematics, and biomedical sciences related to nuclear medicine - [REQUIRED], • Must be able to administer intramuscular and intravenous injections and start IV lines - [REQUIRED], • Must be able to operate Gamma cameras, SPECT/CT, PET/CT, nuclear medicine computers, and Cardiac Stress equipment - [REQUIRED], • Must have basic knowledge of nuclear medicine therapeutic treatments - [REQUIRED], • ARRT (with certification in Nuclear Medicine - N) OR CNMT At 3B Healthcare, we empower hospitals and healthcare organizations with sustainable workforce solutions.
