A strong foundation in SQL and relational data modeling is essential, as the role will regularly analyze, validate, transform, and optimize large commercial healthcare datasets. This role supports Snowflake analytics environments, IQVIA data ingestion (including Xponent, DDD, Prescriber/HCP, HCO, OneKey reference data, and affiliation datasets), and master data platforms including Reltio (preferred) or equivalent MDM solutions. The position partners closely with Commercial Operations, Data Operations, and managed service vendors to ensure reliable, scalable, and audit-ready data flows. Success in this role requires deep expertise in Reltio and/or on-premise MDM platforms, a strong understanding of Master Data Management principles, data governance, and data quality practices. Advanced SQL skills, experience with ETL tools, and familiarity with metadata management and data integration best practices are essential. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities are also critical.
