Join Us as a Recruiting Manager! The RBT Recruiting Manager oversees a team of RBT Recruiters, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines and consistent hiring performance across multiple locations. This role is responsible for optimizing recruiting workflows, coaching recruiters, and maintaining alignment with organizational staffing needs. The manager also partners cross-functionally to plan recruitment initiatives, track ROI, and support operational growth. What You'll Do: * Lead and manage a team of RBT Recruiter; Oversee onboarding, hiring, training, coaching/developing, and performance management for the RBT recruiting team * Manage team scheduling, callout coverage, and daily support * Ensure departmental compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and standard process * Monitor KPIs (support team meeting targets) * Audit current recruiting workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements * Shadow recruiters quarterly and provide coaching and actionable feedback. * Monitor HubSpot activity and deliver weekly reporting on openings; support capacity planning and guide the team on priority requisitions * Hold weekly or biweekly 1:1 meetings with all RBT Recruiters * Serve as the primary contact for the RBT recruiting phone tree and candidate inquiries * Partner with Lead TA Specialist to plan, gain approval for, and execute seasonal career fairs, including tracking event ROI * Conduct interviews and place a minimum of three candidates per week * Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting * Travel as needed to support hiring events, in‑center needs, or training * Other duties as assigned What You'll Need * 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high‑volume or healthcare settings * Demonstrated success meeting weekly and monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. * Strong communication and coaching skills * Ability to meet hiring targets and manage competing priorities * Experience with ATS/CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) * Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort driving process improvements * Willingness to travel as needed Work Location & Hours: This is a remote role, based in New Jersey. Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $70,000–$77,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
