Job Description Colorado Pain Care (CPC) operates multiple clinics across the Denver and Colorado region, offering advanced interventional and regenerative therapies, including PRP, stem cell protocols, and image-guided procedures. Colorado Pain Care (CPC) is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for our Castle Rock and Denver clinics. Medical Assistants perform both administrative and clinical duties under the supervision of the Practice Manager and Attending Physician/Advanced Practice Provider. This role supports all clinical providers as needed while adhering to CPC policies and procedures. Location: Denver, CO (with some travel to Surgery Center in Littleton, CO) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm Compensation: $20-24 per hour Duties & Responsibilities: • Room patients according to clinic and provider specifications., • Assist with transporting patients to and from procedure rooms; may involve lifting from wheelchairs or beds., • Clean and stock assigned areas (pre-op, PACU, and procedure rooms)., • Perform basic health care services, including measuring vital signs., • Assist with printing prescriptions, work restrictions, and service order entry as directed by provider., • Provide excellent bedside manner, offering comfort and encouragement to patients., • Enter all required information into the EMR system, ensuring accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and adherence to data entry standards., • Review and adhere to all CPC clinical policies and procedures., • High school diploma or GED required., • Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant program preferred but not required., • Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/First Aid certification., • Knowledge of medical terminology., • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills., • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor., • Effective organizational and time management skills; ability to function in high-pressure situations., • Proficiency in PC use (Windows, MS Outlook) and EMR systems., • Strong attention to detail with ability to quickly and accurately document provider notes in real-time., • Ability to provide excellent customer service, including managing difficult patients and ensuring a positive patient experience., • Reliable attendance and punctuality., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively toward common goals., • Problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve issues quickly., • Ability to demonstrate CPC’s core values: leadership, integrity, kindness, excellence, and service.Physical Demands & Work Environment:, • Frequent walking, standing, and sitting., • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs., • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Full-Time Employee Benefits:, • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, • Accident & Critical Illness Insurance, • Hospital Indemnity Insurance, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Virtual Health Visits, • HSA (with Qualifying Health Insurance Plans), • 100% Paid Life and AD&D Insurance, • 100% Paid STD and LTD Disability Insurance, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Company Paid Holidays, • 401(k) Retirement Plan (with company match), • Bonusly (employee rewards & recognition) We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, genetic information, or any other status protected by law or regulation.
