Responsibilities • Safely operate reach trucks and material handling equipment to move, stack, pick, and organize freight, • Load and unload trailers, containers, and staging areas efficiently while maintaining accuracy, • Sort, label, and stage pallets according to shipment, routing, or inventory requirements, • Perform inventory cycle counts and verify product quantities to support inventory accuracy, • Track and document freight movement using RF scanners, warehouse software, and paper logs, • Identify damaged or defective freight and report issues promptly to leadership, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards, • Assist with general warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment as needed Qualifications • 1+ year of experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment (required), • Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment, • At least 1 year of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling, • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and standing for long periods, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment, • Reliable transportation to the McCarran, NV (USA Pkwy) facility, • High school diploma or GED required, • Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screen Pay $24.00 Per Hour Schedule Multiple Shifts Available! • Weekday Swing: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri), • Weekday Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Mon–Fri), • Weekend Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sat–Mon) Training Schedule: All new hires start on 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM weekday shift before transitioning to their permanent schedule.
