POSITION SUMMARY The Locums Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building strong pipelines of qualified healthcare providers, maintaining accurate candidate data within CRM and marketing systems, and supporting growth initiatives through strategic collaboration. This role blends recruitment and marketing to drive provider engagement, accelerate placements, and directly impact the company’s success in meeting dynamic client staffing needs. Reports to Marketing Director. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field strongly preferred Licensure & Certifications: N/A Previous Experience: Three (3) years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or sales within healthcare staffing, locum tenens, or physician recruitment. Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging healthcare providers (physicians, CRNAs, NPs, PAs, or other clinicians). Familiarity with credentialing processes, state licensure requirements, and provider compliance is a plus Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop long-term professional relationships with all candidates and hiring managers; Differentiated sense of self-motivation, direction, and flexibility with comfort in a fast-paced work environment; Strong organization development capabilities with effective communication and negotiation skills. Professional level of verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with clinical leaders. Computer Skills: Strong ability to leverage a variety of sources (online directories, associations, data enrichments tools, AI-enabled technology, social media, and more) to source qualified candidates. Proficiency with standard business software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and using a laptop and mobile device is required. Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Experience with top ATS and CRM platforms (Kronos, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce). Travel: Ability to travel for recruitment conferences and other events as needed, up to 15% travel. Work Environment: Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. OSHA Classification Job Classification III: Position has no occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials. JOB SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS Pipeline Development & Candidate Engagement • Build sourcing pipeline of clinicians for various requisitions present and future across all U.S. states., • Maintain a steady pipeline of highly qualified healthcare providers to meet client staffing needs across specialties and regions., • Maintain active candidate lists to support sourcing and targeted recruitment campaigns (by specialty, license, state, and availability)., • Execute creative outreach strategies, including email campaigns, digital marketing, job postings, and networking to attract providers., • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess provider availability, interest, and qualifications., • Transition strong candidates to Recruiters for further engagement and hiring., • Pass qualified leads along to the appropriate Clinical Recruiter in a timely manner., • Accurately enter and update candidate demographics, CVs, licensing details, history, and communication notes within the CRM., • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of candidate data within CRM and marketing platforms to enable faster, more efficient placements., • Partner closely with the marketing team to amplify brand visibility, enhance provider engagement, and contribute to overall company growth., • Represent Radar Healthcare Providers at recruitment conferences, job fairs, and professional networking events as needed., • Perform other duties as assigned to support recruitment and organizational objectives.
