Job Description WRT, LLC., a firm that focuses on Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Planning and Urban Design, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary) to assist our Finance department. This exciting opportunity will span for the duration of 10 months. This role is positioned in our Philadelphia office, in the heart of center city. The ideal candidate will come into the role with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn and cross train. The assignment will begin in November 2025, with an approximate end date in August 2026. Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00/hour Schedule: minimum 32 hours per week, maximum 40 hours/week, hybrid role – 3 days mandatory in-office per week after training Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the Subconsultant Process (60-70%) • Collection of all invoices from the Subconsultant and overhead in dedicated email account, • Distribute invoices to PMs (Project Managers) and/or department leads for approval via Delek approval workflow, • Upload and post vouchers accurately into the correct account and fiscal period in Deltek, • Oversee broader workflow & prompt PMs, Principles and approvers as needed to review invoices and assure timely payment, • Review all invoices after approval for accuracy, • Weekly payments to all Vendors after review w/ Dir of Finance. (Consult ‘Pay When Paid’ Report) to prioritize payments due based on project receipts, • Process ACHs using PNC portal and mail Subconsultant checks on a weekly basis via Deltek Payment Processing, • Review all Consultant emails, statements, and voice mail inquiries, • Review expense reports for accuracy of support and oversee approval workflow, • Manage expense report schedule and deadlines (Friday submit for Wednesday processing), • Assist w/ Daily cash reconciliation process, • Assist w/ monthly close process as needed by adding disbursement information for miscellaneous AP, • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role., • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, • Strong mathematical and analysis skills including familiarity with financial statements, • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff at all levels, • Computer proficiency including working in Word, Excel, Acrobat, MS Teams, and Outlook, • Appropriate organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to be flexible and multi-task, • Background in the A/E or professional services industry is a plus The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hour.
