Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with opportunities for overtime. Includes commissions, paid training, paid time off, paid holidays, and yearly raises. REQUIREMENTS • Previous experience in customer service or sales, • Basic computer skills including experience with a point-of-sale system, data entry, communicating through email, • The ability to use a calculator and ruler, • Bilingual, Spanish-speaking skills preferredRESPONSIBILITIES, • Serve as first point of contact for walk-in, email, and telephone customers., • Respond to customer questions, provide product recommendations and estimates, and assist customers with their order process., • Process customer orders and payment for sign orders., • Contact customers when their order is ready and ensure that they are satisfied after the job has been completed., • Send out marketing mailings and make phone calls to acquire new customers., • Assist store owner with paperwork and invoicing.Become involved in the exciting sign and graphics industry by joining the FASTSIGNS West Dallas team as a Customer Service Representative!
