Job Description Related Services Professionals – Nationwide Opportunities Speech • Occupational Therapy • Physical Therapy • Mental Health Professionals Dove Education Network owns an operates Clinical Education Centers. We are expanding our programs into a private school Plan. Our model of education and care includes multidisciplinary Related Services Division and are seeking highly qualified professionals to serve our students and clients in clinical centers and public-school districts nationwide. As a leader in special education, workforce development, and integrated service delivery, our organization partners with school districts, charter schools, private programs, and community agencies to provide compliant, evidence-based, and student-centered related services aligned with IDEA, Section 504, and state education guidelines. Open Professional Roles We are actively recruiting: • Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP / SLPA), • Occupational Therapists (OT / COTA), • Physical Therapists (PT / PTA), • School Psychologists, • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), • Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC / LPCC), • Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), • Behavior Specialists / BCBAs, • Mental Health Clinicians (licensed or associate-level) Service Settings Professionals may serve in: • K–12 public and charter school districts, • Early intervention programs, • Private therapeutic learning centers, • Clinical and outpatient community settings, • Hybrid and telehealth service models (where permitted by state regulations) Primary Responsibilities • Provide direct and consultative services aligned with IEP/IFSP goals, • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring, • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families, • Maintain compliant documentation in accordance with federal and state mandates, • Support inclusive practices within general education environments, • Participate in case conferences, professional development, and program evaluation Qualifications • Active state licensure and/or certification in discipline, • School-based experience preferred (but not required in all placements), • Knowledge of IDEA, MTSS, and inclusive education frameworks, • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills, • Commitment to ethical practice and culturally responsive service delivery What We Offer • Flexible placements (center-based, district-based, or hybrid), • 1099 contractor and potential salaried pathways, • Competitive compensation, • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities, • National network of educational and clinical professionals, • Administrative support and structured onboarding Our Mission We are building a national network of Related Services Professionals committed to strengthening academic, developmental, behavioral, and mental health outcomes for children and families.
