Job Description Black Suit Supervisor, Hospitality and Security Hawque Protection Group – Hospitality Operations POSITION DETAILS Location: Atlanta, GA Role Type: Full Time, On Site Pay: $23.00 per hour Schedule: Four days per week on a client site working shift coverage at a designated Buckhead location; one day per week dedicated to site checks, administration, reporting, and operational support across hospitality sites. Exact days and hours are assigned based on property schedule. Onsite days will reduce as new clients are onboarded. JOB SUMMARY The Black Suit Supervisor is the on site leader for Hawque Protection Group’s luxury hospitality and concierge accounts in Buckhead. This role is concierge first and security second. The Supervisor sets the tone for five star restaurant guest service, oversees daily front of house performance, ensures post orders and protocols are executed consistently, and serves as the primary point of contact for client partners. The position includes four days of scheduled shift coverage at a designated Buckhead location and one day per week dedicated to site checks, administration, reporting, staff coaching, and operational follow up across assigned hospitality sites. ORGANIZATIONAL EXPECTATIONS • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and accountability in high visibility environments, • Delivers a hospitality focused service standard consistent with five star client expectations, • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and uses appropriate channels of communication, • Ensures confidentiality and security of HPG and client information, • Able to speak, read, and write English, • Able to think and act calmly to manage guest issues, service disruptions, and unusual occurrences, • Adheres to HPG Mission, Vision, and Values and reinforces them with team members, • Maintains a safe working environment and supports a culture of respect and inclusion, • Maintains executive appearance standards including black suit attire and polished presentation with consistent grooming and hygiene at all times ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Concierge and Guest Experience Leadership • Provide a warm, professional welcome for residents, guests, and VIPs while maintaining discretion and composure, • Manage lobby flow, guest check in procedures, amenity access, and service requests in accordance with post orders, • Resolve guest concerns and service issues quickly, escalating to property leadership or HPG leadership as needed, • Maintain a consistent five star presence at entry points including posture, communication, and appearance, • Supervise security staff across assigned hospitality properties and ensure performance meets client standards, • Conduct shift briefings, post order reviews, and real time coaching to reinforce service and protocol compliance, • Ensure officers are on time, properly uniformed, and fully prepared for duties each shift, • Coordinate coverage for call offs and schedule changes in partnership with HPG operations, • Partner with property management as the on site lead and document action items through to completion Security Support and Protocol Execution • Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations and report promptly through established channels, • Support de escalation and incident response, including coordinating with restaurant staff and emergency services when necessary, • Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports aligned to HPG reporting standards (when working onsite), • Conduct site checks across assigned Buckhead hospitality locations to confirm service quality, compliance, and appearance standards, • Complete weekly reporting including service observations, staffing updates, incident summaries, and corrective actions, • Support onboarding readiness including training reinforcement, uniform standards, and post order comprehension, • Assist with timekeeping readiness, schedule planning, and operational follow up to keep sites running smoothly via our tracking system, • Commitment to HPG core values and luxury service standards, • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines, • Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion, • Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality schedules, • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with client leadership and HPG management, • Proficiency with mobile and computer tools for reporting and communication (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools, messaging platforms), • Ability to operate a motor vehicle with appropriate license and insurance for the state of Georgia; travel between sites as needed (mileage reimbursement per company policy) JOB REQUIREMENTS Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience • 1-2 years of supervisory experience is required and must be demonstrated through prior roles leading staff, managing shifts, or overseeing operations, • 1-2 plus years of hospitality, concierge, hotel, luxury residential, or high touch customer service experience required, • Security and military experience is a plus, including customer service, incident reporting, or protective services experience, • Experience in five star environments (luxury residential, private club, upscale restaurant, or hotel) strongly preferred Licenses and Certifications • Ability to pass required background screening and client onboarding standards, • Ability to pass the Georgia 24-hour security licensing online course as well as our HPG training courses, • CPR and First Aid certification preferred FUNCTIONAL DEMANDS • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a lobby and front of house setting, • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to respond quickly and calmly during incidents or service disruptions, • Ability to lift and carry light items related to front desk operations as needed (packages, supplies), • Ability to use several forms of technology
