About This Role: The Category Manager – Contract Services is responsible for developing, executing, and managing the strategic sourcing framework for Crusoe’s construction and engineering needs to support global computing infrastructure. Evaluate contractors on safety record, bonding capacity, power generation experience, and ability to execute at Crusoe's build pace. * Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor contractor compliance against executed agreements with a focus on milestone schedules, scope adherence, change order management, and mechanical/electrical performance guarantees tied to power generation output and reliability. * Spend Analytics: Conduct thorough spend analysis across the power construction contract portfolio and develop metrics and reporting tools to track cost performance, change order frequency, and contract risk — surfacing opportunities to reduce cost and improve execution predictability. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Power Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure that technical power plant specifications — including interconnection requirements, fuel system design, and generation output targets — are accurately and protectively captured in commercial contract language. * Process Optimization: Identify and implement contract workflow improvements and system solutions that streamline how the Power Group executes construction agreements, manages change orders, and closes out projects at scale. * Other duties as assigned. Duties & Responsibilities • Create and deliver project planning and roadmap documents, • Drive and coordinate the strategic planning process and all related reporting and analysis, • Communicate with senior level leaders across numerous technology functions with the ability to understand both the technologies and strategies to ensure alignment, • Consolidate plans and content from across various departments into meaningful, informative presentations and decks, • Lead, drive, and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful outcomes for numerous projects and initiatives, • Provide an executive level of communication, organization, and operational effectiveness Desired Skills & Experience • Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, • Experience working in product and/or service reliability is strongly preferred, • Strong technical knowledge and a strong understanding or experience in the telecommunications, ISP, or cable industry is needed, • Consulting experience is preferred, • Expert Power Point skills in creating and delivering executive level presentations is necessary, • Successful in driving meetings and documenting initiatives and processes, • Manage strategic projects including executing executive presentations and related reporting, • Hands-on, tactical role with multiple layers of responsibility and visibility, • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology or equivalent experience, • Advanced degree in related field or related experience is preferred, • Program Management certification such as PMP, Agile, SAFe® Agile or relevant project management course certification is desired Compensation For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This role is a long term (12+ month) consulting engagement with an annual base salary range of $115,000 - $130,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role. The Senior Internal Controls Analyst will play a crucial role in strengthening and scaling the Company's internal control environment to align with evolving compliance and reporting expectations. This position partners closely with Accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance ICFR processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence control design at the intersection of accounting, technology, and operations. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic-thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to support external advisors while independently driving initiatives to completion. You will: • Partner cross-functionally with teams including Payroll, Human Resources, Sales Operations, Finance to design controls, • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline manual controls and recurring audit activities, improving efficiency and scalability., • Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to execute control documentation, walkthroughs, and testing efforts., • Partner with external auditors to provide timely, organized documentation and support for ICFR testing., • Work with process owners to develop corrective action plans, monitor remediation progress, and implement sustainable control enhancements., • Participate in periodic risk assessments and process evaluations to ensure continued alignment with enterprise risk priorities and evolving business needs., • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance control effectiveness, strengthen compliance, and increase operational efficiency., • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.You have:, • Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience., • 3-4 years of experience related to audit practices., • Knowledge and understanding of ICFR and US GAAP principles., • Advanced knowledge of Excel., • Works well in a team environment, as well as independently., • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills .You have an advantage if:, • CPA, CISA, CIA certification or working towards licensure., • Experience in a high-growth or pre-IPO environment., • Familiarity with systems such as Netsuite, Salesforce and Coupa., • Demonstrate a naturally curious mindset with a strong desire to understand how processes function and operate in practice.
