About This Opportunity We're hiring a Principal Consultant for immediate placement on a high-impact Fortune 500 initiative within one of Ampersand's longest-standing strategic client relationships. This role will sit at the center of a multi-workstream enterprise transformation program with executive visibility. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can lead complex programs, create structure in ambiguous environments, and drive measurable outcomes. You will bring strategic leadership, operating model rigor, and a pragmatic perspective on how AI and automation can enable better business performance.
