Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Project Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the project, in a role and reporting structure as designated for the project. Pediatric Home Health Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Summary/Objective The primary function is to administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse to pediatric patients/clients, in their places of residence; and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/client, their family, and referring agency.
