Job Description Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Project Manager to support the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and executive-level coordination. This role demands exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While the title is "Project Manager," this position does not require PMP certification or active project/product management. Candidates with a background in data analysis or reporting and experience supporting senior leadership are ideal. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Coordination • Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes, • Serve as liaison between the CAO and internal/external stakeholders, • Track and follow up on key action items and deliverables, • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for executive leadership, • Support strategic initiatives and special projects led by the CAO, • Operational & Analytical Support, • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business performance, • Assist in developing and tracking project plans and timelines, • Support the CAO in preparing data-driven strategic materials, • Communication & Documentation, • Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and executive summaries, • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, • Coordinate with other executive assistants and departments for alignment, • Project Management, • Monitor timelines, milestones, and progress of cross-functional initiatives, • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making, • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, • At least 3 years supporting C-level executives, preferably in corporate or financial services, • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Stensul), • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus, • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, • Discreet, trustworthy, and dependable, • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, • Comfortable in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment Education: Bachelors Degree Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
