Job Description Social Media Manager - Laboratory Express Lead and execute Laboratory Express's social media strategy to build brand awareness, engage healthcare professionals, and promote our laboratory logistics services across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, • Create monthly content calendars for all social media platforms, • Identify target audiences including healthcare facilities, laboratories, medical practices, and industry partners, • Set measurable KPIs and goals for engagement, reach, and lead generation, • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and social media best practices, • Create engaging, original content (text, images, videos, graphics) for multiple platforms, • Develop content themes around laboratory services, healthcare logistics, patient care, and industry news, • Write compelling copy that reflects Laboratory Express's brand voice, • Design graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, • Produce short-form videos showcasing services, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content, • Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations (HIPAA), • Manage daily activities on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, • Build and nurture online communities with healthcare professionals, • Engage with followers and industry influencers authentically, • Share relevant industry news, educational content, and company updates, • Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions), • Use analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics), • Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations, • A/B test content strategies to optimize performance, • Monitor social media ROI and demonstrate impact on business goals, • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), • Manage advertising budgets effectively, • Target specific healthcare audiences with precision, • Create ad copy and visuals for campaigns, • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results, • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms, • Monitor online reputation and address negative feedback professionally, • Collaborate Platforms: Expert knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, • Tools: Proficiency with Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar scheduling tools, • Design: Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design software, • Analytics: Strong understanding of social media analytics and Google Analytics, • Advertising: Experience managing Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, • Video: Basic video editing skills (iMovie, Adobe Premiere, CapCut), • Creative: Strong creative thinking with eye for visual design, • Writing: Excellent writing, editing,
