Job Description Role: Full-Time Building Enclosure Project Manager with responsibilities consisting of: • Investigations: Perform investigative surveys of roofing, glazing, and waterproofing components to identify deterioration and probable sources of water infiltration. Generate reports for supervisor review documenting observations and findings, with recommendations and cost estimates., • Peer Reviews: Review drawings and specifications for new construction projects and provide comments as redline markups.
