We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our Miami office in a hybrid capacity, working alongside a deep bench of talented litigators and advisors. Responsibilities • Represent employers in federal and state employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, restrictive covenant, and wrongful termination matters., • Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation., • Conduct workplace investigations, advise clients on compliance issues, and handle administrative proceedings (EEOC, FCHR, DOL)., • Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, agreements, and training materials., • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and hearings., • Provide strategic, proactive counseling to clients on employment-related issues., • Meet a 2,000 billable-hour requirement while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service. Qualifications • J.D. from an accredited law school., • Active member of the Florida Bar (required)., • 3–10 years of labor & employment law experience (litigation and counseling)., • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills., • Prior experience with wage & hour (FLSA), discrimination, and restrictive covenant matters strongly preferred., • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture., • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service.
