Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday; Hybrid work environment The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including Home Office, property administration, and maintenance positions. This role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers, encouraging leaders to leverage our recruiting services, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Full-Cycle Recruitment • Manage high-volume requisitions and provide a high-touch, agency-style recruiting experience from hiring manager intake through offer stage for assigned roles., • Assist in preparing interview guides, job descriptions, and selection materials., • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and facilitate next steps in the selection process., • Coordinate internal applications and approval workflows., • Build and maintain strong relationships to understand current and future talent needs., • Provide timely updates on candidate pipelines, market challenges, and recruitment timelines., • Guide managers through interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and training on key functions of our Applicant Tracking System., • Post, manage, and approve job ads in the Applicant Tracking System, while maintaining accurate data., • Proactively source candidates using online platforms, referrals, and community resources., • Serve as the primary contact for external recruiting partners such as colleges, workforce agencies, and community organizations., • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market salary trends, incentives, and industry-specific hiring challenges., • Stay informed on federal, state, and local hiring regulations to ensure recruitment practices remain compliant., • Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics including time-to-fill and pipeline health., • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, successes, and areas for process improvement., • Partner with HR leadership and other stakeholders on recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives., • Monitor the shared recruiting email inbox., • 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, in a high-volume corporate and/or agency environment., • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field strongly preferred., • Previous experience in property management or a related industry preferred., • Experience interviewing, sourcing, and making hiring recommendations., • Proficient with ATS & HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite., • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates., • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously., • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and adjust strategies as needed., • Ability to work independently while working effectively as part of a broader team., • Comfortable promoting the recruiting team’s services to hiring managers to encourage adoption of full-cycle support., • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Ability to travel for recruiting events or meetings., • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
