Location: Dallas, TX (In-Office) This position requires you to be able to work out of our Dallas, TX office and cannot be done remotely. About Us Grand Caliber is a premier luxury watch store specializing in high-end timepieces. Role Overview We are seeking a distinguished Luxury Sales Advisor to serve as the face of our Dallas showroom. This is a floor-based, client-facing role built for someone who thrives in the art of high-touch relationship selling. You will guide walk-in clientele, from seasoned collectors to first-time luxury buyers, through the discovery, selection, and acquisition of exceptional timepieces. This is not a transactional role; it is a relationship role, demanding expertise, presence, and genuine passion for horology. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in and appointment-based showroom clients, delivering a white-glove experience from first greeting to completed sale, • Cultivate lasting relationships with high-net-worth collectors, repeat buyers, and new clientele, understanding their tastes and proactively presenting relevant pieces, • Guide clients through the buying and selling process for luxury timepieces, including trade-ins and consignments, with full transparency and expertise, • Handle and present timepieces with exceptional care and precision, maintaining the integrity of every piece in our inventory, • Accurately log all client interactions, preferences, and sales activity in our CRM system, • Partner closely with our authentication, service, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless client journey, • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while embodying Grand Caliber's client-first philosophy at every touchpoint, • Support and contribute to a collaborative, motivated showroom team culture Required Qualifications • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or related fields, • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets, • Strong interpersonal and virtual communication skills, • Experience working with high-end clientele, • Proficiency with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and remote client engagement, • Polished and professional presence for video or in-person interactions, • Bachelor’s degree preferred Preferred Experience • Experience in watch sales, luxury timepieces, or high-end retail preferred, • Knowledge of brands such as Rolex, Omega, Cartier, and other luxury watch brands, • Experience with CRM systems, • Multi-lingual capabilities a plus, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills What We Offer • Competitive base salary plus commission structure, • Paid time off and holidays, • Ongoing product training and professional development, • Employee watch purchase program, • Career growth opportunities Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods, • Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds, • Manual dexterity to handle delicate timepieces Qualified candidates should submit their resume and cover letter detailing their luxury sales experience and passion for timepieces.
