Job DescriptionDescription: The Senior Full Desk Recruiter - Strategic Accounts will be focused on supporting a single, high-priority strategic client for the firm. You will operate as an extension of the client’s talent acquisition function while maintaining an agency mindset - moving fast, prioritizing high-impact activity, and delivering measurable recruiting results against defined KPIs. Success in this role is driven by daily recruiting activity, disciplined follow-up, and consistent candidate flow. This position reports into our Manager of Strategic Accounts. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Execution & Delivery • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume and/or high-complexity requisition load tied to one strategic client, • Run daily sourcing activity across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, • Conduct high-volume, structured candidate screens aligned to client requirements, • Present qualified candidates quickly and consistently, meeting time-to-submit expectations, • Drive candidates through interview, offer, and start with urgency and precisionClient Partnership, • Own intake calls and ongoing role calibration with hiring managers and client stakeholders, • Maintain constant communication with the client on pipeline status, candidate quality, and hiring progress, • Manage expectations, push back when needed, and keep roles moving forward, • Act as the single point of accountability for recruiting delivery on the accountKPI & Activity Management, • Execute daily recruiting activity aligned to performance metrics, including:, • Submittals per week, • Interview conversion rates, • Time-to-submit and time-to-fill, • Offer acceptance rates, • Track and manage personal recruiting metrics and pipeline health, • Use performance data to adjust sourcing strategy and prioritize requisitions, • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting targetsProcess, Systems & Follow-Through, • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in the ATS and client systems, • Ensure compliance with client SLAs, process requirements, and agency standards, • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up, • Identify breakdowns in process and proactively recommend solutions Requirements: Minimum Education/Experience: • Associate degree from two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience, • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience - Concentration in business or related field preferred, • Leadership and management skills, • High level of organization and planning, • Target driven & motivated, • Competitive, • Proven sales record, • Growth mindset, • Exceptional written & oral communication, • Balanced energy & work ethic, • High regard for ethical behavior, • Entrepreneurial mindset, • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans, • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, meet targets, and manage financial performance FTS, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer As an Equal Opportunity Employer, employees and applicants are protected from unlawful discrimination and covered by Federal laws designed to safeguard them from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 or older), disability (mental and physical), conditions related to pregnancy and childbirth, genetic information (individual or family medical history), political affiliation, or other non-merit-based factors, and from actions taken in retaliation or reprisal for protected EEO activity.
