Job Description JOB ANNOUNCEMENTS Center Supervisor Preschool Part-Year program (August-May) Full-Time Position Location: Regency Park 5901 Bridgecross Dr. Sacramento, CA 95835 Hours: 8.0 hours per day Monday – Friday Pay Range: $35.32 - $39.74 per hour (approximately $73,470 to $82,660 annually, based on 2080 hours) The starting pay for this position is the beginning of the pay range. DEFINITION: Responsible for the on-site administration and supervision of the California State Preschool Program. Work in the preschool/toddler classroom as a teacher, interacting with and supervising small children daily. Works in accordance with licensing regulations for health and safety (Title 22) and rules and regulations (Title 5) for State funded agencies. Abides by agreement with host school districts and the policies and procedures as established by the Management Team and the Board of Directors. Credential: Must be in possession of a Child Development Permit at the Site Supervisor or Program Director level issued by California Teacher Credentialing. Experience: One-year experience as a teacher in a licensed child development program, with supervisory experience (excluding family child care homes experience). Certification: Current Infant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aid; Health and Safety in a child care setting. Criminal Clearance: Fingerprinting is required for this position. The record for Background clearance is checked by the FBI, DOJ, and Child Abuse Index. Medical Clearance: A pre-employment physical, current TB Clearance (less than a year old), current measles and pertussis vaccinations are required for this position. Position Description: The Staff Accountant II works under the Director of Finance and is responsible for maintaining accurate records for accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily financial entries, and the general ledger. They perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and adjustments. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Assist in managing payroll using the Deltek Vantagepoint and ADP software to ensure timely and accurate pay for employees, running associated payroll reports and maintaining up-to-date payroll records., • Perform month-end close processes including bank and credit card reconciliations and journal entries., • Enter vendor invoices and manage accounts payable processes., • Generate checks and process ACH payments., • Assist in annual audit preparation including sending and tracking audit confirmations and coordinating between internal personnel and auditor.
