As we open our brand-new location in Kenner, LA, we’re seeking a visionary Location Manager who will lead operations and sales, while also building a luxury culture from the ground up. As the Location Manager, you’ll be more than a leader; you’ll be the architect of this location’s success. Qualifications: • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, hospitality, aviation services, or luxury automotive, • 3+ years of proven sales and business development success, with demonstrated ability to grow revenue and build strategic partnerships (preferably with FBOs, hotels, or private clients), • Track record of building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams to achieve or exceed goals, • Strong background in budget management, forecasting, and P&L responsibility, • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred (Business, Hospitality, or related field), • Valid driver’s license and insurability, • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels, • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership, innovate, and drive growth like a business owner, • Flexibility to travel as needed and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in an airport environment *Not an exhaustive list.
