The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations in our parts department. WE WILL BE MOVING TO OUR BRAND NEW SERVICE AND PARTS CENTER SHORTLY. CONSTUCTION IS COMPLETE. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers and service technicians with part orders and inquiries. Maintain and manage an organized inventory of parts. Identify and locate the appropriate parts based on customers’ needs. Place orders, receive shipments, and check for accuracy. Stay updated on product knowledge and Volkswagen parts catalogs. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction.
