Job Description Position Summary: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations at Boulevard Houses, a 1,673-unit affordable housing complex. There are two Assistant General Managers assigned to the property, each playing a vital role in managing site-level operations. This position requires strong leadership, familiarity with affordable housing compliance, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional responsibilities including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and legal matters. The AGM is an integral part of the site leadership team and collaborates closely with senior management.
