Job DescriptionJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our US team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client management, and business development within the construction sector. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and project requirements., • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers., • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.2. Business Development and Sales, • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry., • Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets and drive business growth., • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients., • Attend construction Events and spread awareness about the company by engaging in various activities.3. Project Oversight and Coordination, • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery., • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams., • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.4. Contract Management and Negotiation, • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to maximize profitability and client satisfaction., • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry Codes and regulations., • Manage contract renewals and amendments as needed.5. Reporting and Performance Monitoring, • Track account performance against key metrics (revenue, profitability, client satisfaction)., • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management., • Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve services and solutionsRequired Skills and Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field., • 3+ years of experience in account management and sales within the construction industry., • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry standards., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)., • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously., • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities., • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits as needed.Preferred Qualifications:, • Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction firms., • Basic knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk., • Understanding of construction contracts, risk management, and industry compliance requirements.
