Duties and responsibilities • Apply paint to surfaces including walls, floors, doors, and cabinets., • Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting., • Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection., • Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives., • Erect scaffolding, movable and immovable staging and various rigging to gain access to difficult areas; moves furniture and equipment as necessary., • Remove fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, lamps, and electric switch covers prior to painting., • Apply several coats according to paint directions., • Tape off areas when needed., • Apply touchups or second coats., • Remove paint splatters when finished., • Clean up all equipment, including brushes and spray guns., • Utilize spray guns for large jobs., • Work on ladders to reach ceilings or walls. Qualifications • Previous professional painting experience (3-5 years required), • Must be able to read, particularly on paint cans, and interpret instructions. Working conditions Must be able to travel via private vehicle from site to site. Work is primarily indoors, but may include outdoor work. Potential exposure to paint fumes or particulate from paint spray. Must be able to climb and perform work on a ladder. Responsibilities • Greet visitors and create a welcoming first impression, • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, • Serve as phone coverage support for apartment communities when on-site managers are out of the office, • Respond to leasing inquiries and route calls appropriately, • Make outgoing calls to clients, prospects, vendors, or leads, • Manage front desk operations and general office support, • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination, • Manage and update company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, • Create simple marketing collateral including postcards, flyers, email graphics, and promotional materials, • Assist with community outreach, resident events, and marketing campaigns, • Maintain marketing materials and office presentation standards, • Support leadership team with administrative and marketing projects Qualifications • Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Professional appearance and positive attitude, • Comfortable handling incoming and outgoing phone communication, • Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing tools, • Ability to focus to complete tasks in designated area, • Ability to create simple designs using Canva or similar program, • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems What We’re Looking For • Outgoing and personable personality, • Creative mindset with attention to detail, • Self-starter who can work independently, • Someone who enjoys both people-facing interaction and creative projects, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience, skills, and market factors and may vary from the posted range, • Collaborative and supportive team environment If you enjoy customer interaction, social media, marketing, and being an important part of a growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
