Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title: Senior Legal Secretary Alternate/Related Job Titles: • Legal Administrative Assistant, • Litigation Legal Secretary, • Legal Support Specialist, • Court Filing Coordinator, • Position Type: Contract, • Contract Duration: 6 months, 5 days, • Start: 09/22/2025, • End: 03/27/2026, • Pay Rate: $38–$40/hr, • Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (40 hrs/week), • Prepare correspondence, forms, templates, legal documents, and handle e-filing on behalf of attorneys, • Monitor and manage calendars for court/regulatory agency deadlines, hearings, meetings, and depositions, • Ensure accuracy and completeness in all filings and legal documentation, • Handle scheduling notifications to attorneys, witnesses, and external parties, • Track transmission and dissemination of all communications to legal contacts and government agencies, • Address and resolve escalated inquiries or scheduling conflicts, • Coordinate logistics and documentation for legal and regulatory eventsRequired Experience:, • 4+ years in a Legal Secretary role supporting litigation, • Experience within a law firm or in-house legal department, • Background in federal, state, and local court/regulatory filingsNice-to-Have Experience:, • Regulatory agency experience (filing procedures, document compliance), • Knowledge of discovery, legal research, and evidence proceduresRequired Skills:, • Litigation support expertise, • Ability to type 55+ WPM, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, • Strong communication and legal writing skills, • Organizational and interpersonal excellencePreferred Skills:, • Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive legal information, • Calendar management and deadline tracking, • Independent judgment and problem-solving abilitiesAdditional Skills:, • Associate’s degree or certificate in Legal Studies, Office Admin, or related field, • Familiarity with court procedure, legal project timelines, and documentation standardsBenefits:, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans #gttic #gttjobsCompany DescriptionGlobal Technical Talent is a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation () with over 1.3 billion US$ in revenue and 5800 US employees.
