Shift Supervisors are responsible for a variety of specialized assignments in a homeless shelter; in addition, experience in site management and staff supervision is needed as well as previous experience in working with clients with mental health issues. The shift supervisor will report to the Director of Program Operations. Shift Supervisors will oversee designated operations of the shelter, supervising a team of Residential Aides and working in coordination with Social Services, Maintenance and Security Staff.
