What You'll Do As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our property remains in excellent condition while delivering outstanding service to residents. Key Responsibilities ✅ Prepare apartments for new residents, including: • Interior painting and touch-ups, • Drywall repairs and patching, • Flooring repairs and replacements, • Minor electrical and general maintenance work ✅ Respond to and complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally ✅ Conduct routine property inspections and proactively address maintenance, safety, and appearance concerns ✅ Ensure all vacant apartments meet company standards and are fully move-in ready ✅ Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the property ✅ Maintain and organize tools, equipment, parts, and maintenance inventory ✅ Assist with seasonal property needs, including snow removal, salting walkways, and weather-related maintenance ✅ Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance situations when needed ✅ Accurately document completed work orders and maintenance activities What We're Looking For • Experience in apartment, property, building, or facilities maintenance preferred, • Knowledge of painting, drywall, flooring, basic plumbing, and minor electrical repairs, • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials as needed, • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredWhy Join Us? ⭐ Stable, full-time employment ⭐ Diverse work that keeps every day interesting ⭐ Opportunity to develop and expand your maintenance skills ⭐ Supportive team environment ⭐ Make a direct impact on resident satisfaction and community appearance ⭐ Competitive compensation and benefits package Apply Today! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
