Summary of Role As Social & Influencer Manager, you will be tasked with setting the strategy and driving the day-to-day delivery on our clients’ social media needs in collaboration with the wider social, content and agency team. Reporting into our AVP of Social & Content with a dotted line into Executive Vice President of Social & Content, you will play an integral part in building, managing and maintaining strong relationships with our direct client contacts on a daily basis as we bring the brands they represent to life in social via strategically informed creative content executions that effectively engage the intended audience. In this role you will work as part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team navigating all areas of the social media realm—including but not limited to channel strategy, content strategy, community management, influencer marketing and relations, copywriting, creative concept and brief development, paid social, reporting and project management. You will be a go-to social specialist in the agency and tasked with staying on top of this exciting, ever-changing space in which you will learn something new every day. Your role will also see you lend your expertise, insights and advice to the wider HAVAS Red network, working with the social team across other markets to ensure quality and consistency as relevant. Key Responsibilities Social & Influencer Management • Support the development and execution of integrated social, content and influencer programs across consumer & lifestyle, health & wellness, and corporate & technology accounts, • Manage social and influencer campaigns from planning through execution, including content development, creator partnerships, approvals, timelines, reporting and day-to-day program coordination, • Develop and manage editorial calendars, content plans, influencer activations and campaign workstreams across annual, quarterly, monthly and real-time programming needs, • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creator agents and talent management teams while staying informed on emerging creators, platform trends and culturally relevant conversations, • Develop platform-native content recommendations, social copy, influencer briefs and creative direction aligned to client objectives and channel best practices, • Monitor campaign, content and social performance across agreed KPIs, contributing insights, recommendations and competitive landscape analysis, • Support community management and social listening efforts, identifying engagement opportunities, emerging issues and cultural trends relevant to clients, • Collaborate closely with social, influencer, PR, paid media, creative, analytics and account teams to support integrated communications programs and campaign execution, • Experience analyzing social media, content and influencer performance, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, • Experience using social listening and audience intelligence tools such as Meltwater, Brandwatch, Sprinklr and/or native platform insights to identify trends, audience behaviors, competitive activity and emerging opportunities, • Support new business opportunities through research, trend identification, social and influencer recommendations and pitch development as needed Account Management • Serve as a day-to-day client contact across assigned social, influencer and content programs, helping manage communications, timelines, deliverables and client requests, • Lead project plans, status trackers and workflow management to support seamless execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, • Participate in client status meetings and internal working sessions, helping drive action items, timelines and next steps across teams, • Support account operations and program management, including influencer contracts, payment tracking, invoicing coordination and client out-of-pocket (OOP) expense tracking, • Provide regular updates to managers and account leads on project progress, performance, potential risks and opportunities requiring attention, • Demonstrate sound judgment in identifying issues, proactively solving problems and escalating concerns when appropriate, • Develop a strong understanding of agency capabilities, processes and integrated communications approach while contributing to account growth and team success Agency Contributions • Contribute to a positive, collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment, • Support new business opportunities through influencer research, trend identification, brainstorms, proposal development and pitch participation as needed, • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help strengthen integrated social, influencer and content offerings across the agency, • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, creator management processes and campaign operations across accounts and projects, • Stay informed on emerging industry trends, platform updates, creator landscape shifts and culturally relevant conversations, • Represent agency professionally across client interactions, creator relationships, industry events and agency initiatives Background/experience and skills • 4 to 6 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content, community management or integrated communications roles, • Strong understanding of major social platforms and their native tools, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube and emerging platforms, • Experience using social media management, reporting, influencer marketing and social listening tools such as CreatorIQ, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Brandwatch, Dash Hudson, Later and/or native platform analytics tools, • Understanding of paid social media strategy, implementation and optimization across key social platforms, • Strong writing, editing and content development skills across both long-form and social media formats, • Experience managing influencer campaigns, creator partnerships and integrated social media programs, • Strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture, community management and the evolving creator landscape, • Experience working as part of a full-service agency team or managing multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously arts or related field, • Experience: Four to six years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content, community management, integrated communications or related fields, • Experience: Agency experience strongly preferred, • Experience: Demonstrated experience managing social media and influencer campaigns across multiple clients, brands and workstreams, • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media management, influencer marketing and reporting tools, with experience using platforms such as CreatorIQ, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Later and/or native platform analytics tools preferred, • Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, influencer marketing best practices, community management and the evolving creator landscape
