The Wellness Center/DMC SUD Counselor is responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for all inquiries regarding treatment services, completing phone assessments, ensuring all necessary documents are understood and signed by clients and providing a thorough orientation during intake appointment. Job Description In the role of a Radiology Technologist II at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for the operation of our CT and X-ray equipment, performing diagnostics and ensuring that proper information has been obtained. You will also be trained and certified on how to run lab testing in a CLIA laboratory. Per Diem - Min 2 shifts/month - Must be flexible to work a various shifts including weekends and holidays Responsibilities • Receive and review the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identify the patient prior to conducting scans, • Perform Diagnostic Imaging - Cat Scan, X-Ray and/or Magnetic Resonance Imaging on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures, • Operate computer and radiographic equipment for image production and documentation of images, • Ensuring images are legibly labeled with correct date and patient identification, • Monitoring the patient's well being and recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action, • Running laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines under a CLIA license, and helps to perform routine QC's and other lab requirements, • Utilizing our EMR Athena Health to enter detailed information about the patients ensuring all information is HIPPA compliant, • Updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce, • Performs clerical duties as requested, • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required, • Current License to practice as a Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer) in California, • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Radiography and CT required within 12 months of hire, • Must have at least 1 year of previous experience in both modalities: X-Ray and CT To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate the following: • Have outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism, • Tech-forward and process oriented, with a goal of making patient care more efficient, • Comfortable interfacing with high profile clientele, • Enjoy a diverse and fast paced work environment, • Be a team player, • Be self-motivated, pay keen attention to detail and have solid organization/time management skills, • Treat highly confidential information with care and discretion, • Have the ability to develop rapport in all relationships, • Be flexible, tactful and patient, especially under pressure Sollis Health is the first and only medical membership that's on-demand 24/7, 365. Duties/Responsibilities: • Sign new dealerships, growing the application count with existing dealerships and capturing approved contracts., • Review deals with your dealer partners and help them to structure or restructure deals as needed to fit our programs., • Build and maintain dealer relationships and follow up on approved Loan Applications., • Generate and pursue sales leads as well as new dealership relationships using cold calling techniques, business directories, referrals, onsite field visits, etc., • Meet or exceed established sales quotas while maintaining accepted delinquency/loss levels on the portfolio, • Partner with the internal underwriting department, when necessary, to maximize sales and deal flow., • Educate dealerships on the expected applicant standards such as credit quality, residence/employment stability, etc. and ensure all stipulations are submitted., • Train dealers use company dealer portals, finance products, documentation, and any other services and products required by the lender., • Attend meetings, sales events, and training seminars to keep abreast of the latest industry developments., • Significant travel required., • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills., • Excellent sales and negotiation skills., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • 2+ years of experience in the auto lending industry and/or finance experience in the automotive sales industry.
