Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% employer-paid dental and vision + competitive medical plans), • Paid time off and paid holidays, • 401(k) with 3% company match, • Continuing education and professional development support, • 100% employer-paid EOS Gym membership, • Company-provided logo wear and milestone recognition, • Employee-led Culture Committee with quarterly events and team-building activities, • Supportive team environment with real opportunities for growth, • Relocation assistance available, • Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders, • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes, • Educate and involve parents and caregivers in the therapy process, • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational and physical therapists, • Complete timely and accurate documentation of services, • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Arizona Department of Health Services, • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one, • Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities, • Passion for professional growth and continuing education, • Positive and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, • Experience with AAC is a plus Tuesday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (30-minute break) Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (30-minute break) Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute break) Working Conditions This role requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. You may work closely with clients who have developmental, behavioral, or physical diagnoses and who may occasionally exhibit challenging behaviors. Arbor Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
