Must-Haves: • 3+ years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment, • Experience supervising a team, • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge, • Associate's degree, • Ability to work overnight shifts, • Strong organizational and inventory management skills Plusses: • Healthcare distribution or hospital supply chain experience, • Union environment experience Day-to-Day: • Oversee daily operations and distribution of medical supplies throughout the hospital, • Monitor supply usage and ensure adequate inventory levels, • Manage receiving, tracking, loading, unloading, and electronic logging of stock, • Coordinate delivery of medical supplies, linens, and other materials to clinical and non-clinical departments, • Supervise distribution staff and ensure timely delivery of products and services, • Maintain compliance with organizational distribution best practices, • Resolve operational and inventory issues as they arise, • Ensure efficient workflow and support hospital operations during overnight hours
