    Bi-Lingual Korean/English Registered Nurse - Magnolia Adult Day Care Center, Fort Lee, New Jersey Overview We are seeking to fill two positions, a full time RN and a part time RN (will consider a part time LPN) who is dedicated and compassionate to join our hardworking, professional team. The RNs will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our team to ensure the health and well-being of our clients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Korean and English desired. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, monitor and address needs and provide other care as may arise., • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans., • Communicate with primary healthcare providers, pharmacists and family members., • Complete assessments and quarterlies and nursing notes in a timely fashion., • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards., • Participate in quality improvement initiatives., • -Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications • Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey., • Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and a fair amount of recordkeeping to complete., • Ability to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues., • Experience with seniors in an adult medical day care setting is strongly desired, but will consider training the right individual.
