Administrative & System Support * Maintain electronic filing systems for financial records. * Manage monthly corporate credit card reports and reconciliations. Qualifications You have a solid mix of the following knowledge, ability, skills and experience: * 3-5 years of relevant experience. * At least 1-3 years of nonprofit accounting experience is strongly preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). * Experience with Sage Intacct (strongly preferred). * Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and Emburse Certify for expense reporting is a plus. * Ability to meet and maintain required state, federal, local, and CDC standards (including but not limited to fingerprint clearance, negative TB test, First Aid, and CPR). * This role offers a hybrid schedule with the ability to work remotely and be onsite at our San Francisco office. * A deep commitment to aligning all program practices to FACES SF values, especially around equity, inclusion, and belonging for all our stakeholders. * Strong passion for and a desire to humbly reflect and grow in pursuit of our mission. * A sense of humor- we believe joy and justice go hand in hand!
