Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW As a Bilingual Hybrid Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your role is to deepen, protect, and expand relationships inside our existing book of business by selling through service and leading with heart. You proactively reach out to current policyholders, uncover gaps, and deliver protection across Auto, Fire, Life, Health and Commercial products. You turn every single policy into a lifelong portfolio and retention event. You champion what our customers have and show them what’s missing. OBJECTIVES SALES ACTIVITY, PROSPECTING AND PIPELINE You are responsible for following the roadmap to hit our sales targets: • Quote 100 households per month of various auto, fire, life and health products., • 20 life quotes per month, • Contribute to team prospecting approach for contacting new leads driven by various marketing sources, • Contribute to team prospecting approach for answering inbound calls driven by various marketing sources, • Proactively contact existing policyholders to uncover unaddressed needs, • Use data, life events, and billing triggers to prioritize outreach strategy, • Conduct household-level reviews to identify coverage gaps across Auto, Fire, Life, Health, Commercial, and Multiline products, • Intervene early on at-risk policies to prevent lapses or cancellations, • Re-engage disengaged customers and rebuild trust before any policy lapse occurs, • Partner with our service team to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience You are responsible for upholding team and individual standards in the following manner: • Acknowledge and resolve direct customer and teammate inquiries, escalations, and issues in 60 minutes or less, • Maintain complete and accurate CRM documentation for every customer interaction, • Complete follow-ups, tasks, and action items on time, • Adhere to internal workflows, processes, and compliance standards, • Continuously develop sales and customer management skills through coaching, roleplay, and training with the CGOO, • Share best practices and collaborate with teammates to improve team-wide execution, • Embrace feedback and immediately implement improvements, • Emotional intelligence, • Empathy, • Trust builder, • Retention mindset, • Growth mindset, • Solution selling, • Cross-selling, • Pipeline and prospecting management, • Process discipline, • Problem-solving, • Follow-through, • Self-starter, • Coachable, • Resistant to pressure, • Resilient and adaptable, • Knowledge seeker, • Strong listener and communicator, • Professional integrity We do not have a specific education requirement. Although we are most interested in assessing will vs skill (we have a track record of developing inexperienced sales producers into top national producers), we desire at least one year of relevant industry experience if applying for a remote position (outside of metro Atlanta). Fully licensed (active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses) is preferred but not required to start. We will help with specific line of business licensing and the non-residency licensing process. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS You are required to work at a desk when executing your D2D. Although you’re only required to work from the hours of 9a – 5p ET, Monday – Friday, our top producers put in more time to hit self-generated targets, weekends included. We are well-versed in rising desks and walking pads and will make recommendations upon request. You will be required to travel (we are obligated for room and board expenses), to our home base in Atlanta up to once per quarter.
