Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information., • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines., • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities., • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community., • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience., • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.Qualifications:, • Effective written and verbal communication skills., • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment., • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred., • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
