Responsibilities: • Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient team performance, guest service standards, and adherence to food quality and safety guidelines., • Guide team members to perform tasks efficiently and follow company standards., • Ensure the team provides delicious and safe food every day., • Provide excellent guest service, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience., • Manage inventory during shifts to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste., • Assist in training new employees, ensuring they are prepared for their roles., • Manage operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring store cleanliness. Requirements: • Minimum of one year of experience leading a team in a fast-casual environment., • New York/ServSafe Food Manager Certification., • Strong leadership and communication skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks., • Passion for guest service and team development., • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules based on business needs., • Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and perform extensive walking for 8-10 hours a day.
