Job Description DISTRICT MANAGER FULL-TIME OVERSEEING 5 LOCATIONS BETWEEN CORNING, BINGHAMTON, AND SYRACUSE, NY. HIGH VOLUME STORES OUTSTANDING PACKAGE District Manager to support our operations. Position Requirements • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Corning, Syracuse, or Binghamton, NY market, • Multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience required, • Wendy's experience strongly preferred, • Proven ability to lead multiple restaurants while driving sales, profitability, operational execution, and people development, • Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills, • Experience developing General Managers and building bench strength Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000, • Monthly Bonus Program (TBD based on candidate experience and qualifications), • Car Allowance, • Cell Phone Allowance, • Relocation Assistance Available, • Full Benefits Package, • Paid Time Off Additional Qualifications • We value candidates who have demonstrated loyalty and stability throughout their careers., • Preference will be given to individuals with a strong history of long-term employment, internal promotion, and sustained performance within their organizations., • Candidates with multiple short-term positions over a relatively short period may not be the best fit for this opportunity. Experience Profile We are specifically seeking candidates with experience leading traditional quick service restaurant operations that closely align with the Wendy's business model. Candidates from the following backgrounds are generally not considered strong fits for this role: • Full-service or casual dining concepts, • Coffee-focused concepts, • Convenience store, gas station, or travel center operations, • Sandwich-focused concepts such as Subway, • Concepts such as Arby's, Roy Rogers, or Long John Silvers Preference will be given to candidates with experience from brands such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC, Chick-fil-A, Sonic, Whataburger, Jack in the Box, or similar high-volume QSR organizations.
