Key Responsibilities\n\n • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and construct personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.\n, • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).\n, • Collaborate with clients to set, track, and evaluate therapeutic goals while ensuring ongoing support throughout their treatment process.\n, • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards while using our electronic health record (EHR) system.\n, • Engage in continuous professional development, including attending training sessions, workshops, and industry conferences to stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health therapy.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. We specialize in providing care for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. By understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients, our therapists deliver customized, culturally sensitive treatment designed to empower clients in their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n\n • A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.\n, • Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.\n, • Proven experience delivering psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, demonstrating clinical proficiency and understanding of diverse therapeutic techniques.\n, • Strong clinical skills complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, crucial for building therapeutic alliances with clients.\n, • A demonstrated ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team-based environment.\nPreferred Experience\n\n, • Experience working in telehealth settings, utilizing technology to deliver high-quality therapy.\n, • Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities beyond the traditional, such as EMDR or Motivational Interviewing.\n, • Ongoing involvement in community outreach or public awareness programs related to mental health issues.\nCompensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
