PURPOSE OF POSITION The Welder is responsible to build / repair and maintenance of production molds. Assisting production department in assembly of molds is frequent and assisting Maintenance department in basic welding tasks. This position is concerned a Safety Sensitive Position. Job DescriptionRole Overview This short-term contract role focuses on assessing and improving daily operations behind the scenes. Job Description As an Environmental Planner, you will oversee environmental planning projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote sustainability. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Participation in and development of clinical practice guidelines, • Collaborating with other teams (tech, marketing, operations) to support clinical care processes, • Engagement in both Quilted Health Meetings and hospital based meetings for quality or perinatal care, • Provide prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care for Quilted Health clients, • Provide gynecologic and family planning care for Quilted Health clients, • Miscarriage management, • Basic knowledge of both Medicaid and commercial insurance plans, • Electronic Fetal Monitoring, • Contraception counseling and administration, • Substance use and domestic violence recognition and counseling, • Current knowledge of obstetric and gynecological health issues and trends, • LARC insertion and removal, • Coordinating social support services for patientsRequired Qualifications, • 2+ years experience as a CNM in hospital or birth center, • Active Registered Nurse license in Washington state, • Active Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license with prescriptive authority in Washington state, • National certification with the American Midwifery Certification Board, • BLS and NRP certification by date of hire, • Experience managing and delivering care to diverse populations with complex and varied needs, • Current knowledge of obstetric and gynecological health issues and trends, • Successful track record obtaining and maintaining hospital privileges and insurance credentials, • Experience managing labor & birth in the hospital setting or birth center, • Electronic Fetal Monitoring, • Contraceptive Counseling and administration, • Substance use and domestic violence recognition and counseling Preferred Clinical Skills, • Basic Ultrasound Skills (1st/2nd trimester dating, IUD visualization, confirmation of fetal position), • Capability to be first assist for c-sections or willingness to train as such, • Nexplanon and IUD insertion/removal, • Experience and familiarity with perinatal mental health in the CNM scope of practice, including diagnosis and pharmacologic treatment of common perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, • VBAC experience preferred, • Miscarriage management, • Proficiency in a second language, • Understanding of social determinants of health and willing to give whole person care (including partnering with community care to support patients needs)

Apply directly by sending your resume to: Job Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including the budget, schedule, operational needs, procedures, client requirements, sustainability design, quality control program requirements, as well as individual project team members roles and responsibilities, • Plan and lead all aspects of pre-design, design, construction, and post-occupancy project phases including compliance with planned budget, schedule, scope, and quality criteria, • Review, understand, and manage procedures for handling changes to the contract documents, monthly valuations, drawing submissions, change orders, substitutions, and highlight risks where applicable., • Effectively communicate the project plan, change requests, risks and status with the project team including the owner, construction contractor, design team, and project stakeholders, • Own and maintain project status documentation, including, but not limited to, all meetings and correspondence to properly communicate across project stakeholders, • Effectively communicate with the project team including owner, construction contractor, design team, and project stakeholders, • Develop consulting and construction contract scopes of work, solicitations, proposals, and responses, • Compile and analyze project data to identify and resolve gaps or inefficiencies, manage budget documentation, compile and drive schedule, review agreements and contracts to ensure stakeholder alignment., • Prepare and conduct presentations before citizen groups, various advisory bodies, steering committees, authorities with jurisdiction over a project and the client, • Work enthusiastically in a team atmosphere, promoting collaboration, idea sharing and support Qualifications • Previous experience with public projects and a working knowledge of public procurement requirements is preferred., • 3+ years project management experience supporting multiple projects, preferably in the commercial construction industry., • Knowledge and understanding of construction practices and techniques, contract management, AIA documents, contract law, project controls, construction project safety, and building support systems, • Ability to lead and manage development projects through thoughtful planning and ability to address dependencies and clear hurdles, • Ability to make quick and strategic decisions while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines to move projects forward, • Solid organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, • Strong ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines in a multifaceted environment, • Strong proofreading and editing abilities, • Ability to manage time effectively and be self-motivated without direct supervision, • Proven record of client service orientation; proactive working with friendly, helpful attitude, • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required, • Possess a current valid driver’s license and safe driving record, • Ability and availability to travel throughout Oregon and Washington for projects as needed, • Ability and availability to travel out of state for projects as needed, • Commitment to high professional ethical and safety standards, • High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
