Key Responsibilities Operations & Performance • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple café locations, • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and guest service, • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, including sales, labor, and profitability, • Develop and implement action plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency Leadership & Team Development • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and café leadership teams, • Support talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning, • Identify training needs and partner with training teams to execute development programs, • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Guest Experience • Champion an exceptional guest experience across all locations, • Address guest feedback and implement solutions to improve service standards, • Ensure cafés consistently exceed guest expectations Franchise & Stakeholder Support • Partner with franchise owners and General Managers to drive performance, • Provide guidance on operational processes, performance management, and team development, • Support execution of training programs and operational initiatives Financial & Strategic Planning • Analyze P&L statements and key performance metrics, • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with district goals, • Support regional strategic planning and growth initiatives Compliance & Standards • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations, • Maintain adherence to company policies and operational procedures, • Oversee facility maintenance through preventive maintenance programs Qualifications • 5–7+ years of progressive multi-unit management experience in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments, • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience), • Strong P&L management and financial acumen, • Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred), • Strong inventory management and operational planning skills, • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, geographically dispersed teams, • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, • High emotional intelligence with a collaborative leadership style, • Ability to travel frequently and support multiple locations Leadership Profile • Passionate about people development and team success, • Hands-on, visible leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and growth-focused mindset, • Strong cultural ambassador who leads with integrity and accountability Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary + performance incentives, • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • 401(k) Retirement Plan, • Paid Time Off and Holidays, • Birthday recognition perks, • High-performance, growth-oriented culture
