The shelter will operate 7 days per week, 365 days a year, and staff work one of two shifts: 5:30 p.m.1 a.m. or 1:00 a.m.7:30 a.m. between Monday-Friday and 5:30 p.m.2:30 a.m. or 2:30 a.m.10:30 a.m. on weekends. Job Description Within the chain of command, the mentor’s and companion’s direct supervisor is the client’s respective Case Manager. The mentor/companion reports to the case manager for all aspects of client care.
